Dr. Arash Rafiei, MD – Co-Founder
Dr. Rafiei received his Bachelors of Science in Physiology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2005. He attended Ross University School of Medicine, graduating in 2009. He completed his internship and residency in general surgery and urology, respectively, at the University of South Florida from 2009-2015. He joined Advanced Urology Institute (AUI)following graduation and received his board certification by the American Urological Association (AUA) in 2017.
He serves on the LUGPA Political Affairs Committee and was the recipient of 2018 LUGPA Advocate of the Year Award. In addition, he has served on several committees of Florida Urological Society (FUS) including Executive Committee Board, Young Urology Committee and Legislative/Government Affairs Committee and is currently the FUS representative to Southeastern Section of the American Urological Association (SESAUA).
Dr. Mauna M. Radahd, MD – Co-Founder
Dr. Mauna Radahd is a board-certified specialist in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of South Florida, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Radahd focuses on treating neck and low back pain through interventional procedures and spinal cord stimulation. She is committed to providing comprehensive pain management solutions to enhance her patients' quality of life.
