- For Legal Reasons – to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of OnlineUTImeds.com, our users, or others.
- In Corporate Transactions – if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may disclose de-identified or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you for research or analytics.
